Wormtown Hits the Streets for Worcester’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade 🍀
On March 15th, the Wormtown team proudly took part in the 46th annual Worcester St. Patrick’s Day Parade—one of the city’s most beloved traditions. Stretching along Park Avenue from Webster Square to Elm Park, the parade brought together thousands of participants, dozens of floats, and an incredible crowd ready to celebrate.
This marks another year of Wormtown showing up and showing out for a tradition that means so much to Worcester—and to us.
Rolling in Style: The Float
This year, we assembled aboard a bright red, Wormtown-branded duck boat—provided by our friends at the WooSox. The float doubled as both a celebration and a sneak peek into what’s ahead, featuring bold banners promoting the grand reopening of the Wormtown Worcester Taproom.
The theme? Classic Wormtown energy: vibrant, community-driven, and full of hometown pride. From the moment we hit the route, the spirit was contagious.
The Crew Behind the Cheers
About 20 Wormtown team members joined the St. Paddy’s festivities, representing departments across the company—including sales, marketing, brand ambassadors, and our taproom hospitality crew.
Together, we brought the full Wormtown experience to Park Ave—handing out swag, sharing smiles, and waving to the sea of green lining the streets. It’s always special to see our team come together outside the brewery and connect directly with the community we serve.
Throughout the parade route, the team got cheers from Wormtown fans and plenty of questions about when they could expect to be back in our newly renovated Shrewsbury Street taproom.

Why It Matters
Participating in the Worcester St. Patrick’s Day Parade is more than just a fun day out—it’s a reflection of who we are.
Wormtown has always been proud to call Worcester home, and our involvement in events like this speaks to the deep connection we have with the city. The energy from the crowd, the familiar faces, and the shared excitement all reinforce what drives us every day: creating something meaningful for the community that raised us.
In many ways, the parade also served as a prelude to an exciting new chapter—the reopening of our Shrewsbury Street taproom. If the crowd had one question for us all day, it was: “When is the taproom reopening?” Trust us—we’re just as excited as you are.
Looking Ahead
As always, it was an honor and a privilege to be part of such an iconic Worcester tradition. Seeing the joy on people’s faces as our duck boat rolled by is a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.
We can’t wait to welcome everyone back home soon. Stay tuned—big things are coming.
