Wormtown Sold to Jack’s Abby: New Owners Pledge to Invest in Craft Brewer’s Future

Jack’s Abby Craft Lagers said Friday it will buy Worcester’s oldest, largest brewer, Wormtown Brewery, merging two of the state’s more recognizable beer brands and reshaping the craft beer landscape outside of Boston.
