The Kolner Dom or Cologne Cathedral is an imposing structure in Cologne, Germany, the birthplace of Kolsch! Our kolsch style ale is the opposite, it is approachable, low abv, crisp with a touch of fruit to keep you wanting that next sip. In the words of our talented head brewer Scott " I was drinking in Fruh bier garden which is literally in the shadow of the Dom cathedral. I just sat there and drank a dozen stanges of Kolsch just staring at that thing". We did the same, but with a glass of this kolsch! Prost!
