Ascentria’s Unaccompanied Refugee Minors Program provides foster care
services for refugee and immigrant youth who:
• Fled their homes due to war, natural disasters, violence or poverty
• Fled persecution due to their religion, political affiliation, social group or
minority ethnic background
• Were separated from parents and have no caregiver
• Experienced abuse, abandonment or neglect
• Are seeking a safe environment and hope
