Wet-hopped beers feature hops that are used wet within 24hrs of coming off the vine. When we use wet hops all the oils that derive the flavors and aromas are still fully intact. This English IPA uses hops from our friends at Four Star Farms. It features an earthy, black tea like aroma and boasts rich caramel and toffee flavor.
